By purchasing or accessing The SQL Playbook, The Complete Toolkit, or any related digital products offered by The SQL Playbook ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access our products.
All products sold through our website are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased materials via email or through our course delivery platform. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at the time of purchase.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Changes in pricing do not affect purchases already completed. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor at the time of purchase.
We offer an action-based guarantee on The SQL Playbook. If you complete the Day-One Simulation in Module 5 and do not feel the course has prepared you for a real data role, you may request a full refund by emailing us within 30 days of purchase.
Refund requests must include confirmation that you have completed the simulation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the stated conditions or that indicate abuse of the refund policy.
All course content, written materials, templates, checklists, cheat sheets, database scripts, video lessons, and any other resources included in our products are the intellectual property of The SQL Playbook and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own individual learning and career development.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publicly display, or create derivative works from any of our materials without prior written permission. This includes sharing login credentials, uploading course content to other platforms, or redistributing downloadable resources.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute any course materials or downloadable resources, share account access or login credentials with others, use our content to create competing products or courses, misrepresent our materials as your own work, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from our platforms.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, job placement, salary increases, or career results.
